I help schools across LATAM achieve meaningful teaching and learning outcomes through EdTech customer success.
What I'm looking for
At Toddle, I help schools across LATAM make the most of an EdTech platform to drive meaningful teaching and learning outcomes. I currently lead customer success for the US/IB Public Segment and previously led LATAM school success.
I build collaborative partnerships with educators and school teams, guide complex implementations and change, align goals, and help large school networks realize value. My work centers on creating clarity, fostering trust, and helping clients and teammates succeed.
Earlier, I coordinated elementary education, taught English, and worked independently across logistics and customer service. I bring experience in project management, data-driven decision-making, AI in education, budgeting, training coordination, and English-Spanish interpretation.
