I co-designed and delivered more than $200 million in grants across NSW Government roles, including grants for regional development. At the Regional Development Trust, I helped design a $10 million fund for remote early childhood education centres and a $50 million regional economic development grant round, and wrote the guidelines, forms and assessment processes behind them.
At the Australian Government Department of Education, I researched Indigenous Data Sovereignty and worked with a community partner on a data strategy for First Nations-led early childhood centres. I now work as a Project Administrator (Secretariat) at NEC Australia, supporting 11 working groups for the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
