I am a seasoned IT project and program delivery practitioner with extensive experience across utilities, mining, oil & gas, health, banking, superannuation and gaming sectors. I lead delivery functions, PMOs and assurance teams to ensure projects are set up and executed for success.
I have delivered large, complex initiatives including regulatory compliance programs, infrastructure and network projects, ERP transformation planning and enterprise performance management. I combine hands-on project management with program governance, vendor management and continual improvement.
My achievements include establishing Delivery Assurance and Continual Improvement functions, coordinating large-scale PMO operations (300M+ build budgets and oversight of 200+ projects), and delivering multi-stream regulatory programs with approved policies and regulator reporting.
I work effectively with stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to implement governance, reporting, risk and issue management, and tooling (Jira, Confluence, CA Clarity) to drive measurable delivery outcomes.
