I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my skills in community development and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on positive outcomes and collaboration.

I am an experienced leader with over 8 years in local government, specializing in stakeholder management, programming, and project delivery. My passion lies in driving positive community and organizational outcomes, ensuring that every initiative I undertake contributes to the betterment of the community.

In my current role as a Senior Economic Development Officer at Cardinia Shire Council, I have successfully built and maintained partnerships with community organizations and external agencies. I implemented a new grants program that supports the development of the business community and enhances the visitor economy. My collaborative approach allows me to work effectively across various departments, contributing to strategies and action plans that support local businesses and community projects.

Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on community engagement and resilience. As a Senior Liaison Officer, I led a team to improve facility management and service delivery, while also managing budgets and procurement. My experience as a Community Development Facilitator further honed my skills in liaising with diverse organizations to foster collaboration and deliver impactful community services.
