What I'm looking for

Remote opportunities in marketing leadership, growth, demand generation, CRM and marketing operations. Open to employment or contractor roles.

I am a CMO and marketing leader based in São Paulo, Brazil, with more than 20 years of experience in B2B and B2B2C strategy, digital transformation and team leadership. I connect brand positioning, demand generation, CRM, data and sales enablement to build structured marketing operations.

Since May 2025, I have served as CMO - Chief Marketing Officer at NewSun Energy Group. My work covers branding, growth, CRM, market education, events, technical content and collaboration with Sales.

I founded Marketing Quântico in June 2016 and continue to lead the consultancy alongside my role at NewSun, developing marketing strategies, funnels, processes and technology stacks. At EBC, Empresa Brasil de Comunicação, I worked in digital marketing, market intelligence and business data analysis. My earlier experience includes leadership and digital transformation roles at Funarte and communications work at the Rio de Janeiro City Council.

My professional toolkit includes Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, marketing automation, dashboards and applied AI, including Claude Code and ChatGPT/Codex. I have an MBA in Business Management and Marketing and a law degree from Estácio.

Portuguese is my native language. I have strong reading and writing skills in English and Spanish, with basic spoken proficiency.
