What I'm looking for
I lead localized CRM campaigns that turn global lifecycle strategy into high-impact local journeys across email, push, and SMS. I design onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation flows to reduce churn and grow engagement, then iterate segmentation, creative, and timing using campaign performance data.
Earlier, I helped launch and structure a new Data Privacy function, co-creating operational procedures, workflows, and quality controls. I processed GDPR Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) end-to-end in partnership with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance, and built reporting/documentation to improve audit readiness and cross-team transparency.
Before that, I owned relationships with VIP customers, acting as an escalation point for high-impact cases involving payments, account access, technical incidents, and risk-related issues. I identified recurring friction points and early churn signals, handled sensitive data with strict compliance alignment, and collaborated across Payments, Risk, Compliance, and CRM to resolve complex cases and feed insight back into retention and lifecycle strategy.
