What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop my career in digital marketing and media, where I can apply campaign, content, analytics, and customer communication skills while continuing to learn and gain hands-on experience.

At 5BONSAI, I support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages. I prepare campaign briefs and copy, segment customer bases, maintain data quality, and monitor KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and unsubscribe rate.

I previously tested games at Lionbridge Games across PC, console, and mobile platforms, identifying bugs and collaborating with developers and designers. This work strengthened my attention to detail, reporting, and ability to work across teams.

I'm studying Digital Marketing and enjoy putting my knowledge into practice through content, analytics, and customer communication work. I'm motivated to keep learning and build experience in media and digital marketing.
