At BRITÂNIA ELETRODOMÉSTICOS, I was responsible for the factory’s Logistics Department from 2022 to 2024, when the factory achieved its production and operational efficiency records. I managed 10 analysts and 3 supervisors across a three-shift operation spanning three plants.
From 2024 to 2026, I focused on improvement projects and operational support, with more than 50 improvements in 2025. Earlier, as Logistics Planning Supervisor, I managed area indicators, developed operational methods and flows, and planned warehouse layouts.
My work has also covered logistics operations, manufacturing supervision, and quality engineering at BRITÂNIA ELETRODOMÉSTICOS. I hold a master’s degree in Management of Organizations, Leadership and Decision from UFPR; my dissertation validated the use of milkrun trains to supply a production line using discrete-event simulation.
