What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or remote service role where I can resolve customer issues, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with teams, and contribute to reliable service delivery.

I've handled inbound and outbound customer interactions at 4G Capital's Kuza Product, resolving inquiries and complaints while keeping customer and CRM records accurate.

I process customer requests and distributor disbursements, follow up on cases, escalate complex issues, and supported User Acceptance Testing during system upgrades and migrations. I consistently met daily, weekly, and monthly targets at 90% and above.
