At Jisc, I progressed through Talent Acquisition Coordinator, TA Partner and Senior TA Partner roles, recruiting across technology, digital and corporate functions. I implemented an internal-first recruitment strategy that achieved a 36% internal fill rate and increased cross-organisational mobility.
I designed and implemented Jisc's interview skills toolkit to improve consistency and fairness, and supported the implementation of Dayforce ATS with HR Systems. I also led the development of EVP-led recruitment content and partnered with Early Careers and Learning & Development teams on two apprenticeship campaigns.
Earlier, I recruited for financial roles at Link Group and for clients at BidSolutions, and coordinated staffing recruitment for healthcare roles at PRO Nursing Healthcare. Following redundancy, I took a planned career break focused on volunteering with a coral reef conservation project in Thailand; I'm now available immediately for Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations or People Operations opportunities.
