What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior talent acquisition role where I can partner with leaders to build diverse pipelines, strengthen employer branding, reduce agency spend, and deliver data-led hiring in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

I have 16+ years' experience delivering full-cycle recruitment and partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to drive high-quality, insight-led hiring solutions. I specialise in inclusive sourcing, talent pipelining, and improving candidate experience across multiple business units.

I manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer negotiation, using ATS/HRIS tools such as Workday, iGrasp, Access Recruit, SelectHR, BambooHR and Bullhorn to optimise processes. I have a strong track record of reducing agency spend through direct sourcing and building robust talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs.

I strengthen employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing and social campaigns, while coaching hiring managers on behavioural and technical interview techniques to support compliant, confident hiring decisions. I monitor attraction channels and use market insight to continuously improve hiring success and workforce planning.

I have led and mentored recruitment teams, driven continuous improvement initiatives, and supported large-scale projects including assessment centres and high-volume campaigns. I am motivated to apply my strategic recruitment experience to deliver measurable impact and long-term talent solutions.
