I am a senior talent acquisition leader with extensive interim and permanent experience building and transforming recruitment functions across global technology, data centre and financial services organisations. I specialise in designing data-driven TA processes, workforce analytics, recruiter performance frameworks and sustainable hiring models that reduced costs and improved quality across EMEA.
