I seek a role where I can improve customer experience and retention using data-informed marketing and empathetic communication, in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a marketing and customer experience professional with over three years of experience in customer service, marketing, and administrative support, focused on improving retention and solving customer problems. I combine empathy-driven communication with data-informed decision making to enhance the customer journey.
