I am a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience leading scaled Agile delivery and digital transformation programs within enterprise environments. I specialize in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and governance to improve delivery predictability and cross-functional alignment.

At Wiley I led cross-functional teams delivering global e‑commerce cart and checkout capabilities, orchestrated multi-team releases, and designed knowledge-transfer strategies that ensured zero production disruption during vendor transitions. I apply AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Rovo and BMAD to automate documentation, backlog quality and forecasting.

Previously at Deloitte I supported an ART of 12 squads, facilitated PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt, mentored Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and strengthened executive reporting and predictability. At Cast Group I led treasury-focused squads through a Waterfall-to-Scrum transition, improving backlog transparency and metric-driven delivery.

I hold SAFe and Scrum certifications and an MBA in Strategic Project Management and Agile Methodology; I bring a pragmatic, metrics-driven approach and a focus on knowledge transfer, risk communication and continuous improvement.
