What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a B2B, multicultural environment where I can lead end-to-end agile delivery, coach teams, and use AI (e.g., Jira automation/Atlassian Rovo) to sharpen requirements, reduce rework, and improve speed with clear governance.

I’m an agile delivery professional with 5+ years leading complex, client-facing software and digital transformation initiatives across fintech, payments, and retail. I own delivery end-to-end—defining scope, budget, and timeline, and driving Scrum and Kanban execution.

In my most recent role, I led delivery of an AI-powered Jira automation initiative, configuring and validating AI agents (Atlassian Rovo) to improve hypothesis/epic quality before work enters the backlog. I also authored governance policies (Epic Sanitization, Technical Debt), standardizing epic and workflow patterns to improve predictability and reduce rework.

I’ve supported teams and leaders across LATAM as an Agile Coach, running maturity diagnostics (Kanban Maturity Model, Flight Levels) and driving continuous-improvement action plans. I coached leaders and teams on conflict management, negotiation, feedback, and skill development, and used AI tools to review workflows and optimize documentation.

Previously, I scaled agile delivery by implementing Scrum and Kanban, tracking Velocity, Lead Time, Burndown, and Cycle Time, and facilitating core ceremonies. I’ve also designed operating models and helped Digital Payments squads measure efficiency and adopt Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, including applying STATIK (Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban).
