In my current remote Reservations / Customer Support Specialist role, I manage guest reservations for short-term rental properties, handling inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations across email, chat, and phone.
I maintain calendars and booking records across multiple channels to help prevent overbooking. I also coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance, and co-hosts to prepare properties for guests.
At One&Only One Zaa’beel, I coordinated daily host team operations and shift briefings as Host coordinator. I also prepared Amenity and VIP reports and shared guest preferences with relevant departments.
Earlier at One&Only One Zaa’beel, I worked as a Host during the hotel’s pre-opening and grand opening, including support for the Kerzner Board Meeting and dedicated hosting for A-list celebrities. I also worked as a Master at Beauty Salon, Moscow, and as a Secretary at EDS Serpukhov+.
