I’m looking for a challenging role where I can combine customer service, communication, and aviation-security awareness—supporting safety, resolving issues quickly, and learning with a team that offers room for professional growth.

I’m a versatile professional bringing strong customer service, communication, and teaching experience, with a background in aviation security. I currently provide private English lessons, making learning fun, enjoyable, and rewarding.

In customer service at Atento Brasil S/A, I answer customer questions, resolve complaints, process payments and orders, handle returns and exchanges, and manage billing issues. I’m committed to customer satisfaction and loyalty, acting as the main point of contact while maintaining customer relationship records.

Before that, I worked in Aviation Security (AVSEC) with Pathfinders International Limited, monitoring ramp activities, managing access and identification authorization, and ensuring proper screening for those boarding aircraft. I also supported safety by observing aircraft arrival loads and monitoring ramp activities to prevent weapons, explosives, or narcotics from infiltrating aircraft.
