What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can use CRM, digital communication, administration, and problem-solving skills to deliver strong customer experiences and continue growing.

I've supported customer experiences for a remote Shopify store, responding to 40+ weekly email and chat inquiries, tracking orders in ShipHero, and resolving customization, engraving, delivery, and complaint issues through Shopify and Gorgias CRM.

My work also includes purchasing at the American University of Nigeria, where I maintained vendor relationships, processed invoices, and kept accurate records.
