Across my travel coordination work, I coordinate end-to-end logistics for both international and local staff—covering visas, flights, accommodation, and ground transport—and I supported operations by keeping schedules, documentation, and filing systems organized. In one role, I coordinated over 400 successful trips annually, while also maintaining stakeholder databases, meeting materials, and reporting support.
