I’m looking for a back-office or CRM-focused role where I can keep customer records accurate, improve workflows with clear documentation, and support operations and escalations reliably—ideally in a fast-paced team that values organized, detail-driven work.

I’m an administrative and operations professional who maintains records, updates customer information, and supports back-office workflows with strong data accuracy and organization. I’ve worked across CRM-style systems, spreadsheets, and process documentation to keep information reliable and easy to access.

From 2024, I’ve built and maintained multi-tab tracking systems in Google Sheets and Excel for inventory, customer records, order tracking, and production planning. I also create workflow documentation, task checklists, and structured records using tools like Google Docs, Notion, and Trello, then keep everything current through ongoing updates and testing.

Previously, I supported US and Canadian clients handling escalations and back-office follow-ups while maintaining accurate customer records. Earlier roles in commercial and export coordination strengthened my ability to manage documentation, coordinate across customers and internal teams, and improve response times—reducing back-office response time by 30% through better process organization and communication.
