What I'm looking for

I'm looking for hospitality concept development, pre-opening, luxury brand, or hotel real estate work where I can turn ideas into structured, financially grounded plans. I'm open to relocation and remote roles.

I'm completing my hospitality management degree at EHL while building financially grounded concepts across luxury hospitality, hotel real estate, and food and beverage.

I led the team behind an award-winning business plan for Solitaire, a remote desert lodge and roadhouse complex in Namibia, shaping its concept, F&B offer, and financial feasibility. I'm also developing Chez Loulou, a Parisian café and natural-wine bar concept for Cape Town, including its menu, operations, positioning, and financial model.

At Emerald Stay in Barcelona, I coordinated internal projects and supported recruitment and onboarding in a fast-growing multinational business. In Geneva, I managed front-office guest journeys at Eastwest Hotel and trained new F&B service staff during high-volume operations.
