I am looking for opportunities that allow me to enhance guest experiences while driving business growth in a dynamic hospitality environment.

I am a dedicated hospitality manager with a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne. My journey in the hospitality industry began with a rotational training at Sundown Ibiza Suites & Spa, where I contributed to the successful launch of the hotel. Since then, I have honed my skills in various roles, including concierge and guest relations at Hotel Arts, Ritz-Carlton in Barcelona, and later in sales and marketing at The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong.

As the owner and manager of Ibiza Corso Hotel & Spa, I oversee daily operations and implement luxury hospitality strategies that enhance guest experiences. My focus on financial planning and marketing initiatives has driven business development and established a reputation for excellence in service. I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and continuously seek innovative ways to elevate hospitality standards.
