What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer success or strategic accounts role where I can partner with C-level stakeholders, drive retention and expansion, and use CRM-driven insights and consultative leadership to improve ROI and renewal outcomes.

I’m an entrepreneurial strategic account and customer success professional with 8+ years of experience building sales pipelines, engaging C-level executives, and owning customer lifecycles end to end. I focus on retention, renewal, and expansion in evolving, high-risk startup and scale-up environments.

Since 2022, I’ve scaled a new outbound sales pipeline from zero, converting C-suite prospects into Customer Success planning and recurring revenue accounts. I own a portfolio of 20+ strategic B2B accounts across EMEA and North America, and I’ve maintained 100% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through disciplined onboarding, adoption, and stakeholder alignment.

I act as a consultative advisor—challenging stalled performance, redefining leadership development strategies, and using CRM data, engagement metrics, and stakeholder feedback to uncover growth opportunities. I run monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders to demonstrate ROI, mitigate renewal risk, and identify expansion pathways.

I also lead through process and team enablement: I managed account managers and continuously refined client delivery processes and CRM/data-driven workflows as the organization scaled. Previously, I built revenue through B2B marketing, ROI reporting, and pipeline generation—strengthening how I translate customer value into measurable business outcomes.
