What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise SaaS account growth, renewals, partnerships, and expansion across LATAM and international markets, using AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional collaboration to protect recurring revenue and deepen strategic customer relationships.

I've built, retained, and expanded enterprise SaaS portfolios across LATAM, Europe, and the USA for Loadsmart, FRISS, SAP, Oracle, Crossover, SoftwareONE, and Microsoft. At FRISS, I managed 20 enterprise customers and USD 1.7M in annual recurring revenue while expanding multi-year partnerships with Nosis, Equifax, INIF, and AMIS.

At Loadsmart, I own the full lifecycle for Spain and LATAM enterprise customers, with a USD 350K annual retention and growth target. I independently build product demos using Claude and deployed 20+ AI-enabled account-management and prospecting tools, increasing qualified pipeline and account visibility sixfold.

I'm fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and I work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to reduce churn, protect recurring revenue, and win renewals across complex multi-country contracts.
