What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my procurement, implementation, operations, and cross-functional coordination experience in a role focused on reliable service delivery, vendor collaboration, and process improvement.

I'm currently coordinating end-to-end client implementations at Carestream Dental, from quotes and site-readiness reviews through delivery, installation, and user training. I align Sales, Logistics, Technical Service, and Accounts Payable while maintaining accurate SAP, Salesforce, and Basecamp records.

Previously, I managed procurement across marketing, retail, service, logistics, and enterprise IT at Honor Technologies Romania and DXC Technology. I cleared overdue-order backlogs, negotiated vendor terms, supported project managers and account executives, and consistently exceeded DXC's monthly order targets by 10%–30%.

My earlier work with RGIS Inventory involved leading international teams of up to 70 people, running multi-site operations, and delivering more than 99.9% audit accuracy. I also bring hands-on tier-1 and tier-2 technical support experience, with a practical approach to solving issues and improving service delivery.
