At HP Romania, I lead operations for an APJ portfolio supporting a 100,000+ device PC fleet within a global hybrid fleet exceeding 200,000 devices. I took ownership of an inherited portfolio with a 6+ month operational backlog and drove recovery while maintaining business-as-usual operations.
I manage multi-country implementations across APJ, adapting processes to local contractual, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. My work covers SAP contracts, fleet and pricing implementation, invoicing, dispatch, warranty, leasing, and compliance.
As Regional Coordinator for EMEA, I supervised active printing device contracts across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. I coordinated central operations, local employees, and customer-facing teams, and managed contractual, billing, and operational escalations.
Earlier, I managed EMEA contract and fleet operations at Adecco Romania and Wipro Romania, including a 200,000+ PC device hybrid fleet and a 50,000+ device printing fleet. At CGS Romania, I held customer operations, escalation, and technical support roles supporting Sprint US.
