At Genpact România, I coordinate and develop an operational team working on Procure-to-Pay processes. I monitor performance through KPI analysis and reporting, and manage the PR-to-PO flow.
I also administer Purchase Order processes, coordinate Vendor Master Data activities, and work with suppliers to resolve operational escalations. I supervise invoice matching and help resolve discrepancies.
I develop and implement SOPs and training programs, and provide knowledge transfer for new processes and transitions. I also optimize operations to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Previously, as a Senior Process Associate at Genpact Europe, I managed Procure-to-Pay processes, investigated billing discrepancies, prepared operational reports, and supported new team members through training.
