I'm looking for a remote role where I can take ownership of meaningful work, solve problems, and contribute across different business functions. I enjoy variety, improving how things work, and collaborating with others. I'm an operations generalist with experience spanning manufacturing, distribution, business ownership, safety, and administration. My background combines frontline operational experience with business management, program and project coordination, process improvement, and the administrative work that keeps organizations running.

Throughout my career, I've taken ownership of programs, developed procedures and systems, coordinated training and events, managed competing priorities, and worked across departments to solve problems and improve how work gets done. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, complementing my practical experience with a broader understanding of business operations and management.
