I replaced a failure-prone physical project-binder process with a real-time Google Drive system for project details, crews, travel, shifts, contacts, and plant-specific safety information. I also managed a fleet of approximately 35 vehicles, coordinated vendor and travel needs, and administered five safety and compliance platforms.

Across Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Mansfield Oil, I've handled high-volume customer issues, inventory exceptions, billing workflows, delivery documentation, carrier coordination, and cross-functional problem solving.

My operations foundation was built through restaurant leadership at McDonald's, where I managed staffing, inventory, training, food safety, service execution, and real-time workforce allocation in a high-volume environment.
