What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation and want an IT support role where I can solve end-user technology issues, learn new technologies, pursue required international certifications, and help drive the organization's mission forward.

I've supported end users at Avaso, General Siphiwe Security Advisory, and Technology Corporate Management by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

At Avaso, I provided first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals. I installed and troubleshot Windows, macOS, applications, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 while managing tickets and working toward SLA targets.

At Technology Corporate Management, I installed, configured, and maintained IT equipment and supported software deployments for organizations including FNB, Smollan, MTN, and Capitec. I also maintained support documentation and minimized downtime through thorough troubleshooting.
