I am a results-driven and highly organized Business Proposal Representative with extensive experience in customer service, sales operations, and business process management. My career has been marked by a proven ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements that ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently, I provide first-line Business Practices support to Oracle Digital Tech Sales teams, advising sales representatives on approvals, justifications, and sales processes.

Throughout my career, I have supported the adoption of new tools and processes within Global Sales Operations, facilitated sales training and onboarding, and acted as a liaison between sales, operations, finance, and fulfillment teams. My previous roles have equipped me with the skills to manage order fulfillment, resolve customer complaints, and optimize sales operations, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer service excellence.

With a Master's in Translation and Interpretation and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to my work.
