I'm looking for a remote commercial, growth, or general management role with ownership of business performance and strategy. I bring hands-on experience building and leading sales, marketing, and retention across international markets. Open to VP, Head, Director, or C-level roles in fintech, SaaS, and scaling businesses. I'm a hands-on commercial and growth leader with 15+ years of experience across marketing, sales, and financial services, including roles as Chief Commercial Officer, Managing Director, and member of the Management Board.

At Factris, I led commercial strategy across five European markets, helping scale the financing portfolio beyond €60M, improve client onboarding conversion by 17%, and increase margins by 10–20 basis points through pricing initiatives.
