As a Remote Property Management VA for STR - Direct Client, I handle guest communication through Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, and a web page. I also manage Tokeet and coordinate cleanings remotely.

I help keep the units running smoothly by responding to guest and cleaner needs, checking property cameras during guest stays, and maintaining relationships with neighbors. I also track expenses and bill payments, and file AirCover claims and reimbursement requests.

At Concentrix, I created reports using Power BI, MS Sales, Compass One, and Azure, working with Microsoft 365 to communicate and deliver work. I also conducted recurring health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion.

As a Customer service representative, I guided customers through an app, helped resolve payment issues, and supported them with recurrent technical problems. I also investigated security cases and transferred them to the appropriate team.
