At Accenture, I drive a large-scale change initiative for 20,000 people across CEE Technology, owning programme delivery, adoption, and executive reporting. I also built an Insurance Account knowledge platform and commercial training product from concept through delivery, enabling self-service across commercial areas.
Previously at Ströer Media Solutions, I led eight years of cross-functional delivery across seven teams in four countries, including multi-million-euro system migrations and an internal development management tool that saved 0.3 FTE across three departments. My product management roots in F2P gaming include improving conversion, retention, revenue, and player satisfaction through experimentation, live operations, and user feedback.
