At PowerCo SE, I design multi-site PMO governance, tooling standards, and project-management practices for international R&D and manufacturing expansion. I also recovered approximately €10M in supplier contract value and improved failure-management visibility through a custom Jira connector.
Previously at Stellantis and Tofas, I built PMO and process-management functions, led a 25-person organization and 104-member matrix network, and delivered €700M+ in documented savings across automotive programs. I use Lean, Power BI, structured governance, and cross-functional leadership to improve cost, speed, and operational accountability.
