At Cognizant Technology Solutions GmbH, I worked on delivery for Allianz Technology in underwriting, supporting a Kanban DevOps team and a global SAFe team developing greenfield software. My responsibilities included workflows, roadmaps, PI planning, and the international ART.
At Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau / KfW, I introduced and coached Scrum and Lean for a business team and supported an MVP for KfW's first API on MS Azure API Gateway. I also delivered digital platforms, including a Burda Community Network publishing and ad booking portal and a shared platform for Radeberger Group.
My experience also includes agile coaching at Fidelity International and platform management at KIA Motors Europe GmbH, where I developed the multilingual European Sitecore platform for 18 markets. I hold a PhD from Freie Universität Berlin and have taught management at Hochschule Darmstadt.
