I'm currently delivering change optimisation at Medical Protection Society, supporting transformation projects through business readiness, training, communication, engagement and colleague coaching. I also created and facilitate a Change Agent Network, led business readiness for a key technical project, and coordinated delivery of the CEO's Code of Practice 2022 project.
Across more than 25 years, I've supported boards and senior leaders while running office operations, facilities, events and projects for organisations including Ochre House, Stanhope and Callcredit. I also founded The Nutritional Realist, delivering corporate wellbeing programmes for HSBC and AMCO Giffen, and bring a structured, empathetic approach to helping people navigate change and perform at their best.
