I'm seeking a Regional Administrative Director role where I can strengthen operational efficiency, lead successful teams, maintain compliance, and contribute to organizational growth and exceptional patient satisfaction.

At Douglas Elliman Real Estate, I lead administrative and operational functions across Long Island, the Hamptons, and the North Fork, overseeing multi-office operations and a team of 35+ administrative professionals. I partner with the CEO, COO, and senior leadership on regional logistics, compliance, executive communications, reporting, events, and process consistency.

Previously, I supported Douglas Elliman’s CEO for more than 27 years, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, conferences, and company functions. I bring over 30 years of administrative leadership, operational management, staff supervision, strategic planning, and customer-focused problem solving.
