What I'm looking for

Seeking a Programme or Project Manager role in digital transformation or ICT, ideally at an international development organisation, regional institution, or impact-driven company. I’m most energised by work at the intersection of technology and public sector delivery, and I’m looking for a role where I can grow into senior programme leadership. Remote or Ghana-based.

I am a Digital Application Specialist and software engineer with a hybrid background spanning full-stack development (React, Django) and programme delivery. I hold an MSc Software Engineering with Management Studies with Distinction from Kingston University London and currently serve on the Ghana Digital Acceleration Project (GDAP), a World Bank-funded national digital transformation initiative delivering e-government services, digital public infrastructure, and ICT systems across government ministries.

My work sits at the intersection of technology and public sector reform — from managing cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to overseeing system integrations, procurement, and M&E reporting. Before GDAP, I built freelance PM experience across multiple projects while maintaining active technical skills in software development.

I am passionate about using digital tools to solve governance and development challenges, particularly across Africa. My target roles are in Programme Management, Digital Transformation, and ICT project delivery , either within international development organisations, regional institutions , or mission-driven tech companies. I am based in Accra, Ghana and open to remote opportunities globally.
