What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-moving HR role where I can own full-cycle talent acquisition and People & Culture programs, supported by strong HR operations and process improvement—building structured hiring, great candidate experiences, and data-informed engagement strategy.

I’m an HR professional with about 6 years in HR across talent acquisition, HR operations, and people & culture. I’ve run high-volume hiring processes, managed HR admin and compliance, and contributed to engagement and culture programs. I’m currently completing my PHR (HRCI) certification, and I’m based in Amsterdam.

As a People & Culture Specialist at The Zien Group (2024 - 2025), I coordinated up to 18 interviews/week end-to-end—handling scheduling, stakeholder communication, and candidate management with minimal rescheduling. I partnered with hiring managers to define role requirements, improve job postings, and build more structured and consistent selection processes, while ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to final decision.

In my HR Specialist role at Yoel Geva (2022 - 2024), I handled the full HR in-house admin cycle, including contracts, status changes, and onboarding documentation in line with Labor regulations. I served as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR queries, and I maintained and improved HR processes and documentation to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smoother day-to-day operations.

Earlier, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Optima (2019 - 2022), I owned full-cycle in-house recruitment across multiple concurrent roles and industries. I coordinated up to 12 interviews/week, optimized job postings, and actively sourced passive candidates through Boolean search and direct outreach—representing the company at recruitment events to strengthen employer branding. I’m reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments.
