At SSH Student Housing, I develop HR policies, advise managers and employees, and manage recruitment and onboarding in support of organisational goals.

Previously at Dyflexis, I led the implementation of a leadership program and introduced pulse surveys, OpenUp, and a rewards program to improve employee satisfaction. I also owned hiring, recruitment reporting, budgets, contracts, employer branding, and recruitment KPIs.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at LevelUp Ventures, I led RPO projects for clients, from planning and resource allocation through full-cycle hiring. I improved recruitment operations, managed recruitment technology and agency relationships, and coached hiring managers on interview skills.

My background also includes international hiring, visa applications, relocation assistance, and tech recruitment at Experis NL. I work fluently in Dutch and natively in English and Afrikaans.
