I’m looking for remote, hybrid, or international support roles where I can deliver high-volume customer support, resolve complex complaints, support digital platforms, manage SLA/KPIs in CRM, and partner cross-functionally to retain clients.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 9+ years of experience in customer service, client support, digital banking assistance, complaint resolution, and relationship management within high-volume environments. I’m known for handling customer escalations, resolving complex queries, and maintaining strong service standards across phone, email, and online channels.

Since 2019, I’ve delivered end-to-end support for accounts, digital banking, payments, and service enquiries as a Universal Banker / Customer Service Specialist at Standard Bank of South Africa. I assist clients with online and mobile platform troubleshooting and account access issues, manage escalated cases through structured follow-up, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and account-related matters efficiently.

I also bring a solid foundation from 2015–2019 as a Customer Service & Enquiries Officer, where I managed walk-in, telephonic, and digital interactions, resolved account queries, and supported digital banking adoption through online and mobile assistance. Throughout, I’ve maintained accurate records, handled sensitive information professionally, and ensured compliance with data protection standards.
