I’m an IT Operations Technician and IT Support Technician with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end technical support across VPN infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint security, and cloud environments. I’ve independently owned IT operations for teams of up to 40 users, maintaining 100% service continuity through major organisational change.
In my current role, I scale and maintain VPN infrastructure for 40 users via NordLayer, achieve full MFA compliance, administer JumpCloud MDM and Okta, and lead onboarding from workstation build through VPN deployment. I also bring strong SLA-driven communication, enforce GDPR/POPIA compliance, and handle consistent L1/L2 support as the primary escalation point for IT and network incidents.
