Administered Azure/Azure AD and hybrid identity environments and implemented ITIL-based processes within ISO-aligned security standards.

Managed and mentored service desk staff to drive service quality and accountability while delivering infrastructure support across Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Supported Cisco Meraki networking, performed backup validation and disaster recovery testing, and handled escalations and client advisory services.

Provided first-line and escalated technical support within SLA targets for desktop, server, and Microsoft environments. Monitored infrastructure and backups using PRTG and managed incidents and communication using PSA and remote tools.

Managed server and workstation request fulfillment including permissions, DHCP, profiles, and restores, ensuring requests were owned through to completion. Proactively monitored infrastructure capacity and system health and produced operational and performance reports.

Completed a Diploma in Information Technology Management at Rosebank College in Cape Town.

Earned the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification for foundational AWS cloud knowledge.
