I am an HR and Operations leader with 20+ years' experience in large-scale sports, entertainment, and hospitality venues, specializing in union environments, talent acquisition, labor relations, and employee engagement. I have led HR teams, partnered with senior operations leaders, and delivered programs that reduced costs and improved workforce retention.
