I handled benefits verification, prior authorizations, appeals, denials, specialty pharmacy coordination, and patient and provider education to reduce barriers to treatment access.

At VA Hines Hospital, I prepared, compounded, packaged, and labeled medications in a high-volume veteran care environment. I also managed inventory, controlled substances, automated dispensing equipment, and quality checks in accordance with VA and federal requirements.

Across CVS Caremark, CVS Health, and the Division of TennCare, I've processed authorizations, supported Medicaid enrollment, trained team members, and improved pharmacy workflows.
