I’m a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with 7+ of pharmacy experience, including 4 years specializing in specialty pharmacy prior authorizations. I focus on insurance coordination and medication access to reduce treatment delays and help patients get the therapies they need.

In my current role at Billings Clinic Specialty Pharmacy, I manage 30-40 specialty medication prior authorizations daily. I coordinate with providers, insurers, and patients, and I served as the specialty pharmacy liaison in clinic two days a week to streamline the prior authorization process with partners like nursing staff.

I’m known for accuracy, strong communication, and resolving barriers quickly. I handle 20+ inbound and outbound calls daily, respond to electronic messages and fax requests from provider offices, and support patients with manufacturer assistance and financial assistance programs to improve affordability and access.

Previously, as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician (Part-Time) at Walgreens, I processed prescriptions and insurance claims in a high-volume retail pharmacy. I resolved insurance claim issues, supported pharmacists with daily operations and inventory, and trained new technicians while maintaining workflow efficiency, all while keeping HIPPA compliance at the center of my work.
