What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote, full-time role in sales operations, account management, customer success, business development, or client servicing where I can support enterprise clients, technology-led solutions, campaign delivery, and revenue growth.

I've built sales operations, account management, and client-servicing experience across Gupshup, Times of India, Radio Mirchi, BookMyShow, and Amplifon India. My work spans SaaS, digital marketing, media, live entertainment, and healthcare.

At Gupshup, I managed sales operations and WhatsApp-based campaign execution for YouTube India and YouTube Indonesia, from planning and reporting through optimization. I coordinated sales, marketing, product, client servicing, and operations teams to meet delivery timelines and client expectations.

At Times of India and Radio Mirchi, I developed advertising and 360-degree marketing solutions, managed key accounts end-to-end, and supported revenue growth through acquisition, retention, upgrades, and cross-selling. I also onboarded 30+ accounts in FY21 and delivered integrated digital, social, ATL, and BTL campaigns.

At BookMyShow, I developed partnerships, managed event and IP sales from pitch through closure, and supported pre- and post-event coordination. I'm ready to return to a full-time remote role where I can apply my experience in sales operations, account management, customer success, business development, and client servicing.
