I'm looking for remote or hybrid opportunities where I can support business and customer operations, improve workflows, manage digital commerce activities, and use AI tools to deliver efficient, high-quality customer experiences.

I've built and managed an online digital-products business, operating Etsy, Shopify, and Payhip stores while handling customer support, pricing, analytics, product optimisation, and AI-assisted workflows.
