What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, organizational development, and compliance initiatives where I can build scalable systems, strengthen accountability, improve service delivery, and support workforce performance.

I've led operational transformation across Smart Start Education, KIPP Troy Prep, Nurses Middle College Charter School, Janitronics, and healthcare organizations. I build structure in complex environments by improving workflows, accountability, compliance, and service delivery.

At KIPP Troy Prep, I managed enrollment operations for more than 300 students across seven school districts and oversaw approximately 380 technology assets. I also supported budgeting, procurement, vendor management, family engagement, and community outreach.

I've trained and onboarded more than 200 employees, supervised education support teams, and developed scalable documentation and training systems. My healthcare administration background includes medical billing, eligibility determination, Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, HIPAA compliance, and revenue-cycle support.
